As one of the fastest of its kind, the B5 Bi-Turbo is a classic saloon with a dynamic, modern design that combines the performance of a sports car with everyday usability. The 4.4 liter V8 Bi-Turbo engine accelerates the B5 Bi-Turbo Saloon from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. The high torque output of 730 Nm harmonises perfectly with the excellent 8-speed sport automatic transmission with ALPINA SWITCH-TRONIC, always ensuring the desired propulsion is available up to a top speed of 323 km/h. Combined fuel consumption measured according to ECE norm: 9.5 l/100 km and 221 g/km CO2.

TOURING

The B5 Bi-Turbo Touring combines elegant refinement with great versatility and everyday functionality. Its generous load volume of 1670 liters and distinct family mindedness do not mean the Touring's performance genes are any less pronounced. Perfectly tuned suspension, electronically controlled dampers and neutral, safe handling ensure stability and well-being even at speeds beyond 300 km/h. Regardless of whether its family, business or pleasure, the B5 Bi-Turbo is always an ideal companion. Combined fuel consumption measured according to ECE norm: 9.6 l/100 km and 224 g/km CO2.

Dynamic And Comfortable

The 8-speed sport automatic transmission has been explicitly adapted in cooperation with ZF for the requirements of BMW ALPINA automobiles and offers exemplary shift comfort with a pronounced sporty characteristic.
