Collection dates

As soon as the build week of your BMW ALPINA is known, you can arrange a date for the factory collection with your dealer. Collections are possible during normal opening hours Monday to Friday.

Important:

Please do not forget to bring any relevant original BMW parts and accessories which you have been given by your dealer, for example the Navigation DVD or Snap-In-Adapter for your mobile phone.

Customers from outside of Germany:

Please note, currently factory collections are only available for customers having ordered their BMW ALPINA in Germany.
