Arrival and “Drivers Dinner” on Tuesday, 4th July 2023
Back on track!
Experienced instructors will introduce you to the art of vehicle control so that you can handle your BMW ALPINA* safely, even when driving at the limit. Regardless of your level of experience: At the ALPINA Drive Day, you will meet like-minded people with whom you can enjoy a unique, adrenaline-charged ALPINA driving experience and increase your personal driving safety. The event traditionally begins with the ALPINA Drivers Dinner on the evening before.
*Please note that you can only participate with a BMW ALPINA automobile.

Of course, you can bring accompanying persons. Please kindly note that passengers must also be at least 18 years of age, too.

Check-out (1) and individual journey to Zandvoort (please plan 20 minutes for the journey)
8:00 am Meeting point at the race track and briefing
9:30 am Guided driving training in groups
12:00 noon Lunch
1:00 pm Guided driving training in groups
4:00 pm Possibility of taxi rides with our instructors and Andy Bovensiepen
5:00 pm End of event and individual departure
(1) Of course, there is also the possibility of an individual departure or of extending your stay at the hotel at your own initiative by another night – just as you wish. We ask you to book additional overnight stays independently.
Advice: The applicable distance and hygiene rules will be ensured throughout the event, of course.
EQUIPMENT and DRESS CODE
For this event, we recommend comfortable clothing and a weatherproof jacket. You should also wear sturdy shoes and driver gloves, if needed. It is obligatory for the driver and passenger to wear helmets during the driving parts of the event. Please kindly note that we cannot offer rental helmets because of the Corona pandemic. Please bring a helmet for yourself and your accompanying person.

PARTICIPATION FEE and REGISTRATION
Places will be allocated on a „first come, first serve" basis:
The size of the group is limited, overbooking within the registration time window is therefore highly likely. We therefore recommend registering as soon as possible, because the available places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
The participation fee for the ALPINA Drive Day for each participant with own BMW ALPINA automobile is EUR 1,599 incl. VAT.
This includes:
- One overnight stay at the ****Hotel Van der Valk in Haarlem including sumptuous breakfast buffet
- Lunch at the racetrack
- Dinner at the Beachclub Thalasso with ALPINA wines being served
- Driving training with our experienced instructors
The participation fee for one accompanying person (minimum age 18 years):
- for accommodation in a double room with the driver is EUR 349 incl. VAT
- for accommodation in a separate single room is EUR 549 incl. VAT
